California: ARGH!

Laws/ballot initiatives to be considered in the near future:
  • banning toys from Happy Meals to curb childhood obesity
  • legalizing marijuana
Seriously? Anyone else confused by the thinking here?

Wow are these seriosuly on the ballot? banning toys from happy meals. That is crazy and a waste of time.
